Prices are based on services!

Weekly basic clean $120.00 up to 2800sqft

Biweekly basic clean $140.00 up to 2800sqft

Monthly basic clean $160.00 up to 2800sqft

One time Cleaning $200.00 up to 2800sqft

$30 first time service fee. Does not apply to one time cleaning

Basic cleanings cover all surface spaces. Dusting, vacuuming, moping, sanitizing all rooms.

Deep cleaning, move in/outs are based on the condition of the home and sqft. Generally run about $100.00 HR. Most of these cleanings can take anywhere from 4-8hrs or more. These cleanings cover all appliances in/out, ceiling fans, light fixtures, reachable windows and window sills.
