Hi, this is Jake Preston. With all angled construction. I've worked in construction since I was 18 years old, right out of high school so over 20years. I specialize in remodeling, finishwork and new construction. I have a crew of 1-5 guys and a telehandler forklift.
We can handle pretty much anything carpentry or any construction work you need done. My crew, and I take pride in what we do. We like to walk away knowing that the customers are happy and satisfied with the work we have done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like talk or meet with the customer and see exactly their vision rr what they're thinking they want done. From there, I can gather the information needed to complete the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started when I was 15, working with my brother in the summers. Framing new houses from there. I worked at a company on a high paced framing crew that also did remodeling exterior work windows and learned a variety of skills there. After fourteen years of working for the same guy I decided to start my own business and see where that could take me.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Not a standard pricing system. I like to talk and communicate with the homeowners and see exactly what they want or need done. I'd like to see the job or a plan. Just because anything can come up and you just don't know the unexpected and by seeing or talking with the homeowner about the job that will eliminate a lot of that.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked part-time in the summers with my brother when I was young. I knew exactly what I wanted to do after I graduated and continued working in the field righr out of high school. My grandpa was a carpenter, and my dad worked in the construction field also.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all different types of customers. Young, old, crabby, nice. Everyone is different, but I try to make all of them happy with my high standards.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you know what you want or are looking for and ask a lot of questions and get a few estimates from a few contractors and make sure you meet the person who is gonna be working for you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What exactly is the vision or what you are expecting the final outcome to be.
