We customize cleaning packages to fit each individual family, because we recognize that each family had needs specific to just that family. Our service list reflects that belief.

    Very professional small cleaning business! Got a personal call back and the complete scope of work and expectations were discussed; I wasn't rushed off of the phone like I experienced with calling other companies. They do an initial walk-through where you can point stuff out and they actually take notes! A final walk-through also happens and they don't mind suggestions or comments and will re-do stuff if you want them to. Will definitely be calling back!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we speak by phone, unless the prospective customer perfers to do business via email. Price structure and specifics of cleaning are discussed, a work order created that fits the needs and expectations of the client and matches the specifics of the agreed-upon service, and an Initial walk-through is scheduled the day of the cleaning to familiarize the Lead cleaner with the layout and consitions of the home so she can plan the cleaning strategy. Your cleaner will also conduct a final walk-through once the cleaning is completed; for your approval of the cleaning. Cleaning frequencies and special attention to certain items/areas will be made by your cleaner(s) during or after the cleaning. At that time, a customer may arrange a return or recurrent schedule. We try to keep customers with the same cleaner(s) they initially started with so a rapport and trust level is built.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The education of life and training of my dear Mother! Aside from the fact that I have a background in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, and Mental Health; it has been proven in various studies that clean neat surroundings; along with a sanitary environment; are proven to be paramount to a healthy mental state and produce children who are responsive to learning and focus.

We have flat rate pricing, so if you need to stretch your budget, it's not hard to do with us. We were there an extra hour? Not an extra hour you pay for; just extra time on your project! A few hundred extra square feet than you originally projected? Not a problem, or an extra bill to you!

*Extra square footage could change the scope of time available to clean according to the package purchased


How did you get started teaching?

Once I purcahsed the business I knew I had to make sure I represented the expectations of each customer in the approach I took; so that made the determination for me.


What types of customers have you worked with?

All backgrounds, religions, age groups, races, genders, social and economic backgrounds, and all areas and communities. No one is turned away!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure they have time to listen to you, and that you are very clear about your expectations, and make sure to purchase a package that will support your home's needs and your expectations. For example, if your home has not been cleaned for a while, it wouldn't be a good idea to purchase a Routine Clean package...


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Write a list for yourself of all the things you think of before you contact the company you want to talk to. This will ensure that all of your questions and cpncerns will be answered or addressed.
