Typically we'd like to understand what they want to do with the machine, once it's all said and done. This assists our team with selecting the best parts for each use case, whether you're a video editor, audio producer, gamer, professional day trader, looking to mine crypto currency, or simply doing office work.

Over 15+ years of experience as a computer technician specializing in hardware repair, software configuration, data backup, cloud, and communication service
How did you get started in this business?
We started about 4 years ago helping out the local community through friends and family referrals, which has turned into a full fledged service business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I always recommend that customers have an online storage/cloud backup account. This prevents losing data, in the event your machine completely dies on you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Please remember how long you'll be in downtime, if you choose not to complete the repair.
