What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to set up a time to meet with the customer at there place to go over what they want done. Then once we can get them an estimate which usually takes 2-5 days depending on what services they want done.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The number one question people always forget to consider is a budget. Even if it is some small project have a real number in mind so the contractor can work with stuff in your price range
