What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them first so I can see exactly what they want done and what type of cleaning solutions they would like me to use. Then I will give a quote on the service they are looking to be done in their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually have a degree in marketing management and been in the banking industry for 16 years. I always did house cleaning on the side for over 15 years. I'm actually trying to do the house cleaning full time right now. I'm very detailed oriented and I like to get the job done and make sure my customers are happy.

I don't have a standard price. I like to see the size of the house and know what the customers would like.
How did you get started in this business?
I started off working with a friend and her mother and decided I would give it a try on my own and I liked it.

I worked with a variety of customers from single mothers with children, dog owners, some office buildings.
