What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication to discuss overall needs of the project, to learn as many details as possible in order to delivery quality and satisfaction as an end result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years of on the job training as well as classes and courses. OSHA 10 Certified. Red cross first aid,CPR, AED. These are just to name a few.

We have Base pricing in place for Lawn Care And Snow Removal, but each job is usually unique in it's own way and requires custom bidding.
How did you get started in this business?
I wanted to put my skills and experience to use for others and follow the American Dream of owning my own business
What types of customers have you worked with?
A very diverse customers base from millennials to Senior Citizens. As well as residential to Commercial property owners and managers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I did a Free lawn and snow care package Raffle for military veterans and senior Citizens. 2 winners 1 year of free service. It was a very humbling experience that I may start doing Annually.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
COMMUNICATION. Always be in touch and address exactly what type of service your looking for in detail. If you have a picture in your head let's do our best to make that picture a reality.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Pricing! Never rely on the lowest dollar amount. Because it can have an overall effect on end result. Low cost material will affect everything after that from quality labor, appearance, etc.
It's great to have a budget but dont cut corners to cut costs. Your Vision may turn out not as you pictured. Again it all comes back to the communication.
