What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss the problem or Issues. Then look at wants and needs and come up with a solution. This can be done through email with pictures.
Ideally want to schedule an appointment to see the area in person. I can then take the needed measurements and photos of the space.
Depending on the project I can give an estimated cost. But better to put a detailed proposal together and design if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started Landscaping in 2001 running a mowing crew. From there I continued to educate myself becoming a landcsape crew Forman then landscape designer.
I have an Associates degree in Landscape design and construction. And have managed projects over $125k so I am very familiar with the process and steps from start to Finish.
