What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am happy to answer all questions and provide approximate price via email. The next step is for me to see the house. After I see the house and learn about customer's preferences, I finalize my quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16 years of experience in cleaning industry. I have completed training and I am able to train and supervise my workers to ensure the best quality of service.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Each house is unique, and I utilize flat rate system for all regular customers as soon as I learn their preferences and details about the house. My minimum charge is $110.
How did you get started in this business?
My husband and I started cleaning business in 2007, worked together building clientele and improving the quality of services. Eventually, we got too many customers to handle by ourselves and hired help. Currently, we have 4 cleaning teams and thriving!
What types of customers have you worked with?
All ages and life stages! Really enjoy working for families with small children and elderly customers!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions, provide a lost of expectations and ask for a trial cleaning.
