T&S Painting LLC from Grand Rapids, MI were awesome! Really awesome! They were on time and very professional. We are preparing to sell our home and we wanted to paint our garage and doors to stand out and make it more appealing. They did a really great job with my garage door and front doors. I loved the colors that they picked. My neighbors loved it and wanted to find out who painted my garage. It only took them two days to get it done, there was a bit of sanding and some priming, but not much. They were very fast and efficient. The one thing that stood out for me is their customer service and their willingness to work with me and help me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically set up an appointment with the customer to go out and take a look at their project. We then write up a detailed estimate and email it to the customer. Once the customer approves the estimate and signs the contract, we set a date to start the job and inform the customer of all the things that need to be done prior to the job and the job's time frame.
