What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers! Usually we will either do a phone consultation of meet with the customer (if time merits it). I like to explain what they are getting for the price

we have been in Business for over 25 years have lots of experience,reliable and "take care of out customers!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
no we really do not as every yard is different and There are a lot of variables we like to come out and do the estimate in Person. We can give a general quote by what the sq. Footage is.
How did you get started in this business?
lol I was working at Pizza Hut at the time my boss was unhappy with the company that did the lawn the year before. I told him I would like to do it....and the rest as they say "is history ".
What types of customers have you worked with?
all types really we do Comercial properties as well as residential we enjoy doing work for people of any age . A lot of our customers are older as it gets harder for them to do the lawn themselves.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We enjoy most jobs because we love being outside!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are Insured and have the experience to do the job. Reliability is what I hear most often about (that the company they used was not reliable)
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Again are they reliable? Are they insured? Do they care about what they do? Will they listen to my needs?
