What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Indiana Business College in 2006. I have received certificates from homeowner association, for Residential/Commercial cleaning.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A family contacted Bella Cleaning about reorganizing and decluttering their basement so their child can have an area to play with his toys. I rearranged 3 rooms worth of items, cleaning floors and walls and mother and child were so happy. Everything was organized crayons to legos in their separate places. The family was so pleased that had a place to enjoy together.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Decide what their immediate needs are and their goals of cleaning. Explain their expectations, talk about any priority areas so correct pricing can be quoted.
