We normally have all the necessary tools to get the repairs done right there in your driveway! If we have all the information about the problem and what brand, model, type of machine we're dealing with, we can usually get most parts before we come out!
First, meeting new people and making them happy. Second, simply the challenge of the repair itself. Like an artist who admires their work once completed, I enjoy the same. Taking something that does not function right and making it right is a great feeling! That and the smile from the customer make it all worth the time and effort.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Details. The more details and information about the machine and what it's doing wrong first is key. Next, assuring the customer either via message or phone, about our company and what we can do to help them and do it all for a very reasonable cost, is super important. Then, to work out a schedule that would be comfortable for the customer. Our hours are normally from 10:00 am to 10:00pm, six days a week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working on motorcycles and small engines for forty (40) plus years now. Have close to three years in college for various mechanical classes too.
