I keep up on all the latest technologies and I'm certified by HP, Dell and Lenovo.
I have the ability to convert complex technical concepts into easy to understand everyday English and I take my time with clients to make sure questions are answered and any information they need make decisions or use their technology is provided.
I have been in the computer business for 50 years, and although now retired, its still fun for me. I meet interesting folks and I love helping them with their technical issues.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the first contact phone call, I try to pin down the scope of work and where it needs to be done. The first visit (either onsite or at my office) allows me to evaluate the job. At that point I can provide options, costs and time requirements. If we agree on an option to proceed, I complete the work.
In most cases for simple repairs, they can be completed on the first visit... or, if parts are needed, soon after they arrive. For more complex projects, I'll lay out a plan with options we can agree upon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 40 years fo technical experience with ongoing training for the entire time on a wide variety of computer hardware and software and networking technologies.
I'm a certified technician for Dell, HP and Lenovo products.
I also have had electronics training and specialized training from companies like G.E, Honeywell, Motorola, IBM, EMC, Cisco/Nortel, Microsoft and more.
How did you get started in this business?
After my stint in the U.S. Army trained to repair anti aircraft missle control systems and Radars, I worked for G.E. Information Systems as a computer repair tech. G.E. Computers were bought by Honeyweel, then Motorola and I added software development, customer training, and local branch management to my repretoir. I retired from one of the Detroit auto companies (manager of operations and tech support).
After retirement, I statred doing PC repairs and helping folks with their tech issues.
