What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The usual experience starts with us coming out to meet with you and look at your projects. Then going over options and timelines. Then if wanted and needed a design drawn up with a few options. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

A degree in design and certifications from unilock for installations

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We finished a complete design of a clients home that included walkways, raised patio, flower beds, volleyball court on a homead beachfront, boulder walls, fire table, waterfalls out of the face of the raised patio into a pool, with lighted everywhere. Was epic for an epic customer 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look for a prompt response from a respectful company. Who can provide the best quality as well as competitive prices.
