After giving a very detailed description of what I wanted, and telling them that I wanted a quote for what we talked about, I still didn't get what I asked for. The services listed on their website, do not match what they actually do. After having them come out, there were things not done, or half done. The cleaners that came had an attitude, and didn't seem like they wanted to work. The owner came to reclean the next day, which was great, but still left things undone. They say that they mop, but they just swiffer. Some floors need more than that, especially for a move out, or deep clean. After having them come in, I still had to clean behind them, because it was not done properly. If you need more than a simple clean, consider a different company, or be prepared to pay to have some one else do it. After complaining, the owner have an $18.95 refund, which wasn't even 10%. Terrible job. I wish I old give no stars.

The crew was fast and tidy. They handled my items with care & everything I mean everything I asked to be cleaned was spotless! I’d definitely recommend the company to anyone needing residential or commercial cleaning.
