What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost we schedule an preliminary meeting to discuss the outcome the customer is expecting. With that information we begin our design, utilizing our contacts within the industry we provide a cost effective quote. After that, we schedule a secondary meeting to present our design and explain our pricing options. With that we then will take a down payment and schedule the work to be completed.

Always get several estimates. Leave it to the contractor to set themselves apart from the competition
