I enjoy keeping busy, tinkering with things and most importantly, meeting new faces. Since I was young I always took pride in helping lift a burden off anothers shoulders. Their smile made my day and so, I made a business in what brings me joy.
My word and name are I truly posses in life so I make sure it is worth it's weight in gold.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
☆Contact customer, call first, text if call unanswered. This will allow for us to be on same page, agree on a date and time. I will have as much info as needed to properly execute job etc
☆Night prior to agreed upon day: I verify job is still on for next day via customer preference of call vs text.
☆Day of: I contact customer when heading to their location with info as to what im driving etc
☆Introductions, last questions, comments etc. Execute job, clean up, look job over with custoner to ensure satisfaction etc, collect payment if not paid online, give reciept of pay to customer, goodbyes and off I go.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years in Customer Service
10 years on and off learning and helping tile mechanic father (33 years and counting if we want to count ALL i have learned from him.)
5 years carpet demo. and Installation
Life experience, common knowledge, common sense, a mechanical yet visual mind, determination and devotion.
