What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would begin by going to site requsted by customer and giving a free estimate. I would discuss with the customer at length exactly what they were thinking/wanting done. After discussion and coming to an agreement I would begin the job. I would stay in communication with the customer and be upfront if anything came up or there were additional costs. After the job is complete I would close the deal and make sure the customer is satisfied. I would assure the customer is happy and also stating my work is guranteed.

I have 10+ years in the construciton field. I have experience in different projects consisting of:
Grading, Dirt Removal, Ground Leveling, Landscape Raking, Topsoil
