Michlawn Services Inc. is a father-son built business that has been servicing the greater Grand Rapids and it's surrounding areas for 20 years. In those 20 years, we have created and maintained strong business relationships with Commercial, Industrial, Retail, and Residential clients due to our strengths in customer service, professionalism, and experience. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we start with getting the customers to address so we can take a look via Google of the layout of their property and gives us a good idea on measurements as well. Then depending on the job we quote them over the phone or schedule a visit to stop out and provide a more accurate quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for over 20 years and have tons of experienced and trained staff professionals.
