What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an in home consultation where we follow you room by room and get to know you and your home. We talk about your specifics, any sensitive surfaces or sensitivities to products. We take detailed notes and discuss your pet peeves. Upon completion we set a price and a frequency. You can set up your appointment at that time or follow up with us later to schedule. No pressure!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years experience with residential cleaning. I am also ServSafe certified so I am well versed in cross contamination control and avoiding cross contact.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Typically our minimum cleaning is $80. We also offer hourly rates for one time services.
How did you get started in this business?
This started as a side project for a single mom and grew to what it is today because I love what I do and I do it well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have customers of varying demographics. We’ve served smaller families and larger families. Homes with pets and those without. Particular clients and those that aren’t.
