I had purchased a deck project thru lowes, thank goodness our contractor was Manny. He and his crew went above and beyond for our deck. They brought in top soil to level the grade around our deck which wasnt even in our contract. So pleased they were our builder for this project.

We had a trex privacy wall built by Fresh Outlook Construction. Manny had the whole crew come out so the project could be completed in 1 day. It was very impressive how they worked together, they definitely have a system of how things are done. We were very pleased with the whole project from start to finish. They will be redoing my deck in the spring as well as my 3 neighbors.

Our deck was washed away when the Sanford damn gave way. Fresh Outlook Construction was able to come out donate their time to build us our back deck and front porch. They were so awesome, it was a 3 hour travel from their shop, they got right to work and were finished by the next day. Will only be calling them for any project we want done in the future. Thanks again for donating your time, and materials.

We needed to have our decking and railing removed and replaced with tree decking. We also had a privacy fence built to hide our trash cans as well as a small Pavillion built for the birds. Manny and his crew were very professional, kept our yard clean and went above and beyond to make our projects look amazing.

* once an inquiry has been made we will schedule a consultation

* during consultation we will go over project and write up a purposal

* once a purposal is agreed upon we will begin the permit process

* once permit is approved by city or township we will reach out and give an estimated start date for project.
