Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently I had the opportunity to use my skills to save an investor lots of time on his drywall project. the tearout process was minimalized to cutouts for electrical and plumbing then closed after inspection. The walls and ceilings were then prepared for texture, most of them were plaster but some were new drywall or a blend of drywall and plaster adjacent to each other. after prep work the ceilings and walls were textured, primed and painted. the savings on cost of materials was hefty the time savings also was impressive the labor though was more expensive due to the rush order and the finishing techniques utilized.. this Investor now hires me to duplicate the system with all of his properties which have this special problem of plaster/drywall blends

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The Budget for the project, the level of artistry desired, time requirements for the process of renovation versus time demands for project completion. the contractors estimate detailing material and labor costs and most importantly the reputation of the contractor and his or her system of draws for work completed. the quick flip requires quick payments for work completed before or after each phase and most of the time before and after each phase. the funds have to be escrowed so the money is there ready to pay off tradesmen as they finish a process or the system breaks down
