From start to finish our process is very thorough. Our #1 priority is to make sure you received everything you needed and wanted the entire project.
We come to your home and give you a no obligation customized estimate with many different options. We spend an hour to an hour and a half customizing the estimate with you. And unlike most Painters, we deliver a full written estimate the day of the estimate. We are not going to leave you wondering when the email is coming with your estimate.
We are fully Insured, Liability and Workers Comp insurance. If you decide to book with Michigan Pure Painting the Insurance company emails you directly naming you the additional insured so you know you are protected 100%.
All of our work is done by professionally trained painters, all with 10+ years experience, we only use premium products, and we back all of our work up with a 2 year warranty.
We want to make sure you get the best experience possible, fulfill on everything you need, and give you a fair and competitive price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent some time working in the construction industry for a couple years. It became very obvious to me the low quality of service that is available for customers in this industry. So I wanted to start a painting company that stood out above the rest - by taking care of our customers, showing up on time, communicating well, and doing what we say we will do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs we do are repainting the exterior and interior of residential homes. We also take on some smaller commercial projects.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We repainted the entire interior of a very large home. We had a pretty tight schedule to complete the job, because they had an event going on at their house. This was to be completed the week that we had all the flooding. Needless to say, we got a little behind schedule from the floods.
Despite those challenges, we finished the job on time, and the customer was thrilled with the finished product... and in time for their event!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Work with the someone you feel most comfortable with to deliver the quality job you are looking for. Also, make sure to never pay the final amount until you have done a thorough walk around your house to ensure that it's completed to your satisfaction.
