Arrowhead Renovations was founded by Charles Runion as a rebranding of his former company Ground Control Seasonal Care. Since relocating to Tennessee in 2021, Arrowhead has become a well known and reputable home improvement company servicing all of Middle Tennessee and nearly over 75 cities. We strive to provide above and beyond services at an affordable rate and to help others build the future and restore the past.

Arrowhead Renovations has provided services to all types of customers from different backgrounds. When we serve a customer we dont see wealth or fame, we don't see color or ethnicity, we see people. Arrowhead Renovations is very proud of our innovative Arrowhead Paver Patio. Our founder created/invented it with the aim that our customers have very little to no maintenance or upkeep when it comes to our Arrowhead Patio. The Arrowhead Paver Patio is unique in that it sits on a platform and ensures weeds, moss, grass, and other things don't grow between them, allowing for little to no maintenance. Additionally, it also ensures that once in place, it always stays level. No more of the hilly bricks that are often caused when laid on dirt as they settle over time.

Anyone can do the job, but if they treat you more like a person not like family then they really don't care about your business. Additionally, we offer a free 1 year warranty on workmanship and a limited 90 day warranty on products so that if something happens in regards to a project we did, we will come back and fix it and make it right. Our warranties are full coverage and include supplies and labor. That's another thing, if a company doesnt provide a warranty for their work I wouldn't suggest using them. Many companies have a habit of blaming their negligence on the customers and that's not right. Arrowhead will never do that.
