What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Estimate you receive is base off our avg homes we cleaning on a regular recurring cleaning. Not every home is the same and some clients have special requests. We prefer the first cleaning to be a deep cleaning so we may follow up on the recurring cleaning schedule .
When you contact us we will get all the information needed and schedule a time to meet with you to review you home and provide you with a price for the first deep cleaning and then a price for you recurring cleaning.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. Budget for cleaning. This will cut to the chase on finding out what we quote for cleaning is not in the Budget. We will do are best to find the best way to cleaning you home with what you have to budget.
2. Make a detailed list of rooms that you want cleaned. Then prioritize rooms that needed more attention to. This will help determine on how to best clean you home.
