The best part of the project that I do for my customers for my customers it's transforming it from the old into the new and then be unable to step back and take a look at the satisfaction with a happy customer because ultimately it is their home that they're trying to improve
I try to pull above and beyond the call of duties when it comes to a customer's project and I like it to be like my own home while I'm there doing the project the project nothing is greater than the satisfaction of a job completed that a homeowner is there is excited for and loves because any home renovation project can be stressful for a homeowner My goal when tackling projects for homeowners Is to make them feel at ease ease and not stress out about the project sometimes I can be a really tough Job to do and sometimes being human it doesn't work

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you call me and set up a time for me to come out and give you a quote we then go over your options as to what products you want to use and what issues and concerns you might have throughout the job process and we come up with a game plan together
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the construction trades for 25 plus years I have ran my own business since 2010
