Mark came over at the time he said he would, inspected my washer and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and told me the cost of the part, the service call and to install the part.

Hes true to his word, had the job done in thirty minutes as he said he would and the price stayed the same. No gimmicks, no sales jobs and no over-inflating the cost of the part.

This is one honest, professional buisiness. They do quality work and Ill do business with them again.

Marc did a great job finding parts for and fixing my 60 year old antique waffle maker - It was a wedding present for my grandmother - I am very satisfied with his work.

Had an electrical issue with my dishwasher. Called them and scheduled a service call.They came right out at scheduled time. Very knowledgeable and personable. $60 later no more hand washing dishes again for this poppa and momma is happy too.Now thats a win win in my book.

I was very impressed by Marcs work today on our dishwasher and fridge. I was fearing a large bill but was pleasantly surprised when I only had to pay for the service call. Be sure if you have more than one appliance to be looked at that you tell him up front. Otherwise instead of $20. extra it is $40. extra if you tell him while he is at your house.
