Leo the Best Painter is a small family business that has been in service since November 2013. Leo and Vikki are the owners they both love what they do. We are the only company in the Metropolitan area that allows our new customers to "try-out" our painting services. We offer a "Rent a Painter" program, where we send painters to work 8-hour shifts for a flat rate. We do this so we gain the trust of the new clients, we have heard many stories about people that say they know what they are doing, but when the quality of work is inadequate. We let our quality of work talk for us.
I have been doing this for many years and what I enjoy the most is seeing how a house can look beat up but, with a fresh coat of paint. It looks like new!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Just like you have read throughout our website we are not a typical painting company. We know of many customers who have been taken advantage of by those contractors who are not detailed and just do a sloppy job.
We formed this program for each customer to capture a glimpse of our work. That is the reason why you only pay per 8-hour shift.
Our prices are very low compared to a normal painting company. You will pay only the labor of the scope of work. We do not provide the paint and materials (painters tape, plastic any other things needed to complete the project)
**We provide professional equipment such as rollers, brushes, some drop cloths and ladders up to 22 feet tall.
Each insured Painter paints approximately 800 sq ft only walls**** That is 2 rooms
Intense preparations such as Large holes, water damage, peeling paint, cracking paint, etc. Or primer needed because of dark colors or bright saturation are taken into consideration when estimating how many days a scope of work can be completed.
1 PAINTER FOR 8HRS: $375
2 PAINTERS FOR 8HRS: $575
3 PAINTERS FOR 8HRS: $750
***These prices ONLY cover LABOR. Each homeowner is responsible for providing the paint and certain materials needed for each project.
***If you want the team to work longer hrs $50 additional per painter will be added
