What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask my customer to bring the equipment to me or I will go to my customers place. I will tell my pricing. I will troubleshoot the problem and let the customer know. Will also let them know the estimated cost to fix the issue. If the customer brings the computer to me, the diagnoses is free. If I have to travel to the customers I will charge my minimal charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Microsoft Certified Engineer. I am a Professional Project Manager, ITIL and few are professional certification.,
