I provide senior level expertise acquired over the last 37 years at a cost considerably lower than the entry level Geed Squad personnel. My background includes 12 years of owning and operating a computer store where all computers were assembled from parts. Customers received one on one training sessions which taught me how to convey the essentials concisely. From there I certified as a network engineer for Novell and Microsoft. Over the years I've worked widely in commercial, professional and home environments. I've provided many an offhand tip to resolve an issue where a less experienced technician might spend all day or fail completely. I am especially talented at repairs, upgrades, infrastructure buildouts, server based IT environments, training and generalized guidance. No job is too large or small!
