We had a grand idea to demolish our detached garage and small dining room in order to enlarge and update the house. We wanted to remodel the kitchen, enlarge the dining room, add living space and rebuild the garage attached to the house. Jack with Total Home Dynamics took our idea and rough drawings and turned them into building plans, architectural drawings, and coordinated the process from permit to occupancy. His knowledge of building and construction gave us all the confidence we needed to choose Total Home Dynamics, LLC.

Jack performed the highest quality work I have ever received from a home remodeling contractor. His attention to detail, and use of quality material cannot be beat. We had several repairs/improvements for our newly purchased home that Jack either performed himself or acted as general contractor over his choice of sub-contractors. Each and every job was high quality work. Jack has a very friendly personality and is really easy to work with. He quickly understood what we wanted done and each job came in on budget or under the estimated cost.
