What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first gather as much information as possible and then set up an appointment to either meet them in person if needed or without. We then visit the property and take our measurments and get an overview and then withing 24 hrs of visiting the site, provide a written Proposal that is delivered directly to your email where you can approve it right online or contact us with any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Founder and Cheif Operations Officer has obtained in his career the following: (CLT) Certified Landscape Technician, (LTE) Maryland Tree Expert License, (CTSP) Certified Tree Care Safety Professional, Certified Pesticide Applicator, (PFA) Professional Fertilizer Applicator and is a member of (NALP) National Association of Landscape Professionals
