Reyes Contractors rebuilt my back deck. The quote they gave at first was too low. When he came back a 2nd time to inspect the existing deck, the price increased because he realized he would have to pour new footings which was missed on the first inspection. I will say the deck is solid and sturdy, but it is NOT square. I was disappointed that they did not square it up. The previous deck was not square either so I was hoping that this would be an upgrade. I am not sure if I would hire them again. The deck that was there before was not well built, and Santos built a more solid deck for sure. I just wish that the quote didnt increase by $2000 and that they took the time to square it up properly. It is level, and seems to be structurally sound.
