What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for a new customer is to first obtain their correct information then set up a face to face interveiw to learn what the new customer is looking for. During that face to face meeting we discuss what can be done as well as incorporating best landscaping business practice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We can never seem to have enough training and that's why we train our crews on average at least 20 minutes each morning as well as periodically during the changes of the seasons.
For example, we will remind crews how to identify dull mower blades and not to blow grass into mulch beds with mowers.
We teach our trained lawn technicians how to identify common weedsand which product to use for different situations as well as reminders on rates for application.
We always begin our landscaping projects with a supervisor or foreman who knows exactly what should be completed for the day as well as best landscaping business practices.
We have many certifications between the staff in order to better serve you.
The owner has a high level certification for Snow removal that less than 200 people in the entire united states and Canada can say that they have. Bill's certification is calCSP and stands for Certified Snow Professional.

Yes and no. This is becasueeach project is different and require different amounts of materials as well as time required to complete a task or project.
