When he was here, he did good work.
However, there were a number of delays and excuses for the first service (5/27 - Mom hospital - rescheduled for 5/31; 5/31 - equipment issue - rescheduled for 6/1; work done on 6/1). Second service more of the same (6/18 - running late pushed to Sunday at 7AM Fathers Day?; 6/19 - 9 AM no show had to contact him... not feeling well, can we do Monday AM?; Monday, 6/20, 7AM, does trim work and starts to mow when lawnmower quits working has to take it back to store.
Two service calls, two failures with multiple excuses and equipment issues. Not the highly reliable person we need.

Excellent service! ....Within minutes of entering my request for services to HomeGuide, John Watts (who I later learned is a Retired Air Force Veteran) from Pioneer Landsculpting responded with a very reasonable quote. At which point we agreed to a time to do the job and he showed up on-time. He was professional, respectful, and did a stellar job. I will definitely be using him again.
