What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work hand in hand with all of our customers. Paying attention to the details. Arriving and finishing the job within the contracted period. Striving to exceed each and every customers' expectation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 years in the Horticulture industry serving the Metropolitan areas.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We price each job differently. All estimates are free. We do charge a fee for permits and designs.
How did you get started in this business?
Mowing lawns in my neighborhood at 12 yrs. of age and just grew from there.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Various. Any and all. We treat every customer like a new customer. We have customers that we have been servicing for 25 years.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
At an entrance of a house we Built a retaining wall with veneer stone and lighting and fountain surrounded by a circular paver patio. A design from scratch and it turned out great! Customer was excited.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Experience is a plus but most importantly they should be Licensed and insured.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you capable of handling a particular project. Do you have the qualified crew and equipment to tackle the particular job you are requesting them to provide the estimate for.
