Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can use our website to book online in as quick as 60 seconds! We charge a flat rate (dependent on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and other factors), or an hourly rate if customers just need a few key areas cleaned.
We're also available via email, chat and phone!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We partner with cleaners that have been vetted by us, have gone through a state and national background check, and who have proven experience in the cleaning industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our most common pricing is flat rate. Not including any extras, our standard prices start off as listed below:
1bed, 1 bath: Starts at $129
2 bed, 2 bath, Starts at $169
3 bed, 3 bath, Starts at $219
4 bed, 2.5 bath Starts at $239
How did you get started in this business?
Maid Therapy started as a way to help address the need for an easy, simple, no-hassle booking option for cleaning services for the everyday person.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We think all of our customers are great! We've worked with homeowners, tenants, realtors, and small business owners.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We were able to ease the cleaning burden of a single, hard-working mom so that she could focus more on her son, and herself.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for cleaning pros that are eager to listen and provide the cleaning services that address your specific needs. Every customer, and every home is different. Each cleaning service is unique - just like our customers!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should not be afraid to express their preferences to cleaning pros - especially on the first booking. Cleaning pros want to provide the best possible service, so we need to know what you want!
- Are there certain areas that need special attention?
- Do you have certain products or supplies that you'd like the cleaning pro to use (that you'll provide)?
