Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a first time customer, I give them some backgroung on who Ceaira's Cleaning is. I gather as many details that I can about the job. I then work with them on the budget that they have for the job. Last but not least, we figure out the best day for the job to be done.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Prices vary by size and time. Addons are welcome as long as it does not go over the time slot that the customer is asking for.
How did you get started in this business?
Well I've always had a passion for cleaning. Chores to me was never a big deal as a kid because I was the neat one. So as I got older and learned new things (chemicals, what's best to use if kids are around and things of that nature) I decided to just start a cleaning business.
