What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process guarantees quality and speed. You will first choose the service type you want. Then we will give you an estimate, based on your specifications. You place an order and pay 50% of the estimate. After that our staff will take care of the rest. We will schedule a property visit to get measurements and make templates based on those measurements. Our fabrication shop will then cut, polish and make final touches. The last step, 5-7 days after making the templates we will be back to install the countertops. Once the job is finished, the remainder of the quote is due.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We only have highly credentialed and certified staff on board. We always do an optimal job to ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing the resale value of your commercial or residential property.
