What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome all new customers. We offer pickup and delivery on riding equipment in case someone doesn't have the means to bring it in. (there is a fee based on your zip code)
When a person drops off a piece of equipment, we get their information and explain how our process works.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currerntly in my 35th year as a professional technician. I worked for John Deere for well over a decade. During that time I achieved John Deere Certified Parts and Service status. In 2014 I achieved John Deere Advanced Certified Service Technician status. I am Kohler Ceritified as well as Briggs & Stratton. My education is ongoing.
How did you get started in this business?
Like many people in this great country I wanted to work for myself. In 2014 I was at a crossroad in my career and decided I was going to give it a go.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential, commerical, farm, and large property owners.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for reviews online. Talk with people you trust. Talk to the person who will be doing the work.
