What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer contacts us via phone or email, the next step would be to schedule an onsite appointment.
After the appointment, one of our project managers will create an estimate to discuss with the customer.
If the customer wants to proceed with our services, we meet again onsite with a contract and schedule a date for the requested service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources as a Tree Expert. (LTE #2307)
We are a licensed contractor by the Maryland Home Improvement Commission. (MHIC #135719)
We have been in business since 2010. Our employees are fully trained and equipped to provide top knotch services.
