What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually do a free virtual or in person consult. During the consult I like to find out what a customers needs are and then make a plan with them so we can get everything covered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken numerous cleaning courses. I am also well versed in Covid Cleaning.
How did you get started in this business?
My brother started a cleaning company in 2010 and I worked for him. In 2020 I lost my job due to Covid and decided to start my own cleaning company. I enjoy helping customers maintain their homes and businesses.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have cleaned Movie theatres, daycares, gyms, apartment common areas and regular residential/commercial cleans.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask a lot of questions. If you are confused about anything, ask. Also make sure you pick the perfect person for the job. I like to show customers jobs that I have completed previously and I like to show them the reviews that my clients have left
