We had a broken spring. He was able to offered a solid quote and actually give a price unlike other companies that provide a range. He show up on time and was able to replace both springs pretty quick. But after he left I tested the garage door, it got jammed. So I called him right away and he came back and got the issue fixed. However, a week later I started to getting intermittent issues with the door again. Door would only open up for about 10 inches then got stuck. I called him and he said will stop by and take a look, but never show up. I texted him again the following week, but never got a response.
