Saleiro Construction has been in business for 35 years in the Concrete, Flagstone, Retaining Walls, and numerous other concrete and stone options. I strive for perfection, and work extremely hard to give my customers the best work for the best possible price.
For Saleiro Construction Corp., concrete is one of the best inventions ever devised by humanity. Why? No, not because it is our livelihood. Actually, it is the reverse. This company was created because we know that concrete construction and repair will always be in demand due to it being a superior building material. Concrete takes the best part of masonry, its durability, adds even more strength, with reinforced concrete, while incorporating design flexibility in its initial state.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins by meeting with the homeowner/s at the proporty where the work is to be completed. I listen to learn the entire scope of work they would like to have done. After carefully reviewing the project, I will then have an estimate within 24 hours. I go over the estimate by phone and submit the proposal by email with the exact details of the work to be completed, payment terms, and when the project could begin. I'm always available to answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the concrete business for over 35 years. I am very confident in my abilities to complete any and all types of concrete, stone, paver, brick, exposed aggregate, and tile installations in all applications from pool patios, backyard patios, driveways, steps, and retaining walls,
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing is the standard for the industry for the area. We are very competive and in most cases, the estimate will be lower than our competitors.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the years, our projects have included the US Government, Military bases, BWI airport, and several high profile homeowners in and around the Baltimore/Washington region. We do large and small jobs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Currently, we are working on a very detailed, complicated project. The homeowners are so pleased with the quality of the work, the pace at which the work is being done, and the fact that our men are working in the rain a good bit of time under plastic to complete the project.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure your contractor has experience. Concrete is very difficult to work with because you only have one chance to get it right. With over 35 years in the field, I am extremely experienced and highly confident.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask what experience the pro has in the completing the scope of work for their project. When will the work begin and how long it will take to complete. Request references from the pro and follow up to be confident you'll be pleased with the completed project.
