What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is speaking with the client to get as much information as possible regarding the current issue so that I can provide the best possible service and price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years experience working with computers and website development and graphic design.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing depends on the level of work needed to fix the problem. My initial fee to come out and diagnose the problem is $45 within a 10 miles radius anything above 10 miles is $3 dollars additional per mile. The initial fee will also be applied to the entire repair cost if hire to do the work.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started by working with churches and local communities who needed a computer technician but did not have the funds to hire one. My work was done free of charge.

I work with all kinds of customers mostly individuals and local churches.
