Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask client questions to determine issues they are having, then diagnose and provide solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been soloving technology issues for our business and home clients for more than 23 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have fixed pricing for most repairs. These are too numerous to list. Our In-Clinic services start at $49.
How did you get started in this business?
We saw a need that the big box stores cannot fill. We are your neighborhood technology specialists. We get to know you and how you use your technology investment. This is the only way we can provide the Ultimate Technology Xperience at UTX, Inc.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with individuals to world-wide organizations operating in 28 different countries with more than 3,000 people. We managed technology plans for individuals, families and small to medium size businesses.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire someone that you can reach out and touch. Someone you know will be there when you need them. Just like your doctor gets to know you and can help you with your health issues, find someone with that type of professionalism and interest.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
All technology issues are different so I cannot speak to a specific issues. What I can say is it is not about money. If the first thing a pro mentions is their fee, they are interested in your money, not your technology. How would you feel if your doctor said that operation is going to be $30,000 and do you have the means to pay for it.
