My typical process for working with a new customer is to first schedule a consultation. This is where i am able to get 1 on 1 with the customer and understand what their needs. This way i can see exactly what they want, how they want it, when they want it and provide suggestions to make it even better. Customer Service is the priority. If the customer is not happy, then the job is not being done.
