About
We are a family business based in Harford County that has been serving the Baltimore area for forty five years. We have an A+ rating with the BBB. We pride ourselves on taking our time with the customer to get their specifications correct and finish their project to their satisfaction. We are licensed and insured in Maryland and Delaware. We have worked with our subs and suppliers on a regular basis and coordinate all phases of the job. We know having work done on your home can be stressful. We never forget that.
I like to talk to people and discuss what they want in thier project. I like working with them and making the project come out to their satisfaction. I like that projects that I have done are used and appreciated by our customers and their friends and family.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we set a meeting to go over the specifications. Then I go back to the customer with written specification sheet listing all material, progress payments and approximate start and finish dates. If there are changes I will make them and go back for a final meeting.Afterthat we sign the contrct, get the permit, if required, and get the deposit. Usually the start date is 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in home improvement for 39 years. My dad started the company in 1973 and I just liked building.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Every project is different. Most of the difference will be the material price but other things like access to the jobsite, soil conditions, age of existing equipment, ect, will make the price vary
How did you get started in this business?
I got out of school and my dad had the company and I started helping him and found it very satisfying.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly good people.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We offer financing options and accept credit cards.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Get all the information you can about your project.Materials, how the install process should go, colors everything. Ask three contractors to come bid your job. The biggest thing for me, I have found, is if I feel comfortable with the person. If you don't feel comfortable ask 3 more. If you hire someone and the other bidders call it would be nice to hear"I have hired someone else. Thanks for your time".
