What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts our firm, they typically speak with someone who will ask questions in regards to the services desired to provide a personalized estimate as well as availability to send a technician or team out. Once a date has been schedule, our technicians or teams will arrive with proper PPE to prevent spread of COVID-19, they will confirm the details of the service order to be correct & if it is not, recommended changes are discussed with the homeowner prior to starting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have been trained in basic stain removal as well as proper hot water extraction techniques. We do hire people with no experience at all to train & develop. Our territory managers & owner have prior management experience in other service related areas.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do not have a standard pricing for our services, however our pricing structure is much different than our competitors. Although we do not charge for the Fiber Rinse or Deodorizer, we do charge for many optional things like moving furniture, heavily soiled carpet, advance & pet stain or odor removal.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do the research about the service you are getting because some companies might be cheaper but they are giving you the bare minumum.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
-How many rooms do I want cleaned?
-Are there any pet stains or odors that needs attention?
